These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and communications provided by Illumine Media (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms
1) Scope of Services
Illumine Media provides marketing and media services including (but not limited to):
Video production
Advertising campaign management
Website design and development
Marketing automation setup
Content creation
Strategy and consulting
Project scope is defined in written proposals, invoices, or agreements. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and cost.
2) Payments & Billing
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal/invoice.
Deposits may be required before work begins
Ongoing services may be billed monthly unless otherwise stated
Late payments may pause active work, ads, or automation
Paid ad spend (Meta/Google/etc.) is separate from service fees and is typically billed directly through your ad account
Because performance depends on market conditions, budget, offer, competition, and follow-up, results are not guaranteed.
3) Client Responsibilities
To keep projects moving and produce the best outcomes, the client agrees to:
Provide timely approvals and feedback
Supply accurate business information and assets
Maintain access to required accounts (ads, website, CRM, etc.)
Follow up on leads generated from campaigns in a reasonable time
Delays in communication can impact timelines and results.
4) Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
Final deliverables become the client’s property
Illumine Media may display completed work in portfolios/marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing
Raw files, drafts, and internal systems/process documents remain property of Illumine Media unless explicitly transferred.
5) Advertising Platforms
We may manage campaigns on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for platform outages, suspensions, policy changes, or disapprovals beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve issues when possible.
6) No Performance Guarantees
Marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control. Illumine Media does not guarantee:
Specific revenue outcomes
Exact lead volume
Search ranking positions
Ad approval status or platform continuity
We commit to best-practice execution, strategy, and ongoing optimization based on available data.
SMS Messaging Terms (Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing)
Program Description: This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to office@2fbc.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7) Cancellation & Termination (Services)
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreement terms.
Work completed up to termination date remains billable
Advertising spend is non-refundable once spent/served by the platform
Active campaigns may be paused upon cancellation or non-payment
